Tecno launches Camon iclick2 for Rs 13,499

Techno Mobile has launched its first flagship smartphone — Camon iclick2. The smartphone features a 6.2-inch 19:9 screen, a 24MP AI selfie, a 13MP+5MP dual rear AI camera setup, a 3750mAh battery and an AI Face Unlock feature. It is priced at Rs 13,499 and is available in three colours — Aqua Blue, Hawaii Blue (Gradient) and Midnight Black.

-The smartphone comes with a 24MP selfie camera with a 1.8um pixel, f/2.0 aperture and front flash for selfies. It also comes with further optimised AI beauty algorithm that claimed to scan up to 298 facial points to create a more natural selfie. Its front camera is also equipped with AI Bokeh mode. The handset packs a dual camera setup, comprising of a 13MP f/1.8 primary camera and a 5MP secondary camera. There is also an AI-based Auto Scene Detection (ASD) feature for better photography experience.

-As mentioned, the smartphone sports a 6.2-inch HD+ Super Full view notched display with an 88 per cent of screen-to-body-ratio.  

-It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek P22 Helio chipset and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo. The smartphone comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, which is expandable up to 128GB.

-To enhance the device security system, it is equipped with a fingerprint sensor which promises to unlock the device in half a second. There is also AI Face unlock which the company claims that the smartphone can recognise 1024 facial points. 

-The device is backed by a 3750mAh battery, which is claimed to deliver up 2 days of battery life on a single charge. Moreover, the company says that the battery comes with AI power management which tracks the consumer usage pattern of the smartphone and optimises the battery life according to the usage.
