Jio Happy New Year Offer extended, again?
It appears like Reliance Jio Prime Subscription deadline might be extended by a month.
While Jio users might be feeling disappointed as the deadline of the enticing Jio Happy New Year Offer is coming closer, there is a news that the company might just end up extending the offer a bit further. Yes, you’ve read that right!
TeleAnalysis quoting a source at Jio, claims that Reliance Jio customers subscribed to the Jio Happy New Year Offer might be able to enjoy an additional month of free services by the telecom operator. However, Reliance Jio has not finalised this particular decision yet, the source claims that Reliance Jio has already achieved an approximate of 50 per cent of its target for Prime subscribers, ALREADY.
It was only last month that Reliance Jio was reported to have achieved its 100-million-subscriber-mark. According to the source quoted by the report, Jio has been able to attract an approximate of 22 to 27 million users into using their services. Naturally, the company feels that the March 31-deadline is too short a time to rope as many more subscribers as they possibly can.
Separately, Brokerage firm Bernstein conducted a research which suggested that Jio users are likely to continue with the Happy New Year offer way afters it ends.
