LFW: Shahid, Mira, Taapsee, Huma, Saqib dazzle on the ramp on day 1

Shahid and Mira Kapoor dazzled as showstoppers for designer Anita Dogre. The actor looked stylish in a white sherwani, while his wife donned a lehenga with colourful print.

The couple, who already enjoys a tremendous fan following for their pairing thanks to their social media pictures and more, couldn‘t get enough of each other on the ramp.

Shahid is currently riding high on the success of ‘Padmaavat’, a film which he took up on Mira’s advice when everyone had told him to refuse it.

Taapsee Pannu walked the ramp for designer Ritu Kumar. The actress looked beautiful in a printed crop top over hot pants along with floral wrap dress.

The actress, who is known for content-driven films like ‘Pink’ and ‘Naam Shabana’ has got a makeover of sorts, considering her fashion appearances and a glamorous role in ‘Judwaa 2.’

Huma Qureshi also took to the ramp in one of the first shows of the opening day in a striped crop top and skirt.

Her brother Saqib Saleem also looked confident in his jumpsuit style outfit.On Instagram, Huma wrote, “It's in the genes I say 😜😜 #hello #goodlooking @saqibsaleem ❤❤Congratulations @two.twostudio for a smash debut at #lakmefashionweek.”

Shriya Saran was among those present at Shahid and Mira’s fashion show by Anita Dogre, and looked beautiful in a saree.

Yami Gautam, who will soon work with Shahid in ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’, poses in an Indo-western style outfit.

Former actress Sangeeta Bijlani looked stunning in an Anarkali dress and proved that age is just a number for her.

Diana Penty, who is not alien to the ramp considering her start in showbiz as a model, owned it again in a printed crop top and skirt.
