While Vikander, 29, and Fassbender, 40, were mum regarding the nuptials, the two stars were snapped entertaining friends and family over the weekend after flying in Paris.
According to sources, the group spent the day at the beach, with a lunch and boat cruise planned.
One of the eyewitnesses said Vikander wore a white dress, while Fassbender sported shorts and unbuttoned shirt.
The rumours of the two co-stars quietly getting engaged were rife earlier this year, but the uber private couple never confirmed the news.
They were said to have started dating after meeting on the sets of the 2016 film 'The Light Between Oceans'.
