The owner, Vivekananda alias Vivek Rajaram Kubal has been arrested from Nalla Sopara on Thursday afternoon along with another accomplice, Ms Raut said. “We have also seized machinery, chemicals (acid) and other materials which was used to manufacture Mandrax tablets,” she said.
