Shiv Sena promises befitting reply to BJP in Maharashtra

Mumbai: The Shiv Sena has rebutted Mr Shah’s comment over election saying the party will give befitting reply to  the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in state. BJP president Amit Shah had said that if the alliance takes place, they would help the alliance partner otherwise defeat them.

Mr Shah, speaking at party workers’s meeting in Latur said, “If the party go solo in the election, it would win 40 seats out of 48 seats of Lok Sabha.”

Rebutting Mr Shah’s comment over the alliance, the Sena said that his statement exposes the BJP.  The Sena in a statement issued by the party unit late night said that the BJP has claimed that they would win 40 seats in Lok Sabha elections, which means they have made an alliance with the electronic voting machine (EVM).
