New Delhi: As many as 12 women were arrested after a raid was carried out in a spa run by a Delhi-based entrepreneur. Under the garb of a massage centre at Sahara Mall in Gurugram, a flesh trade was being run. The raid was carried out on Saturday based on credible inputs. The police has also arrested three customers and has booked them.

The spa would charge Rs 1,000 to Rs 2,000 per customer for the services. For the last many days, the police had been receiving complaints about a prostitution business being carried out in the spa. “At the time of the raid, several rooms in the centre were occupied where women and men were found in objectionable positions. The rooms were also found locked from inside,” the police said. All the 12 women, aged between 20 and 25 years, were arrested for alleged involvement in sex trade.

“We have registered an FIR and we have initiated a manhunt to arrest the massage centre owner,” said an investigating officer.
