While the police is here to protect and serve us, one cannot help but feel uncomfortable and intimidated by them.

Movies show cops as corrupt, evil, abusive and to quite an extent we have faced such cases once at least in our lives.

However, Mumbai Police seems to be taking every initiative possible to change this image and become protectors and friends of the general public, and it's working!

Mumbai Police has a very interesting and active Twitter account with almost 4 million followers.

While they post informative, funny and quirky posts, what the policemen at Sakinaka Police Station did was truly heartwarming.
