Mayo with a twist

Actress Spoorthy Vishwas shares an eggless mayonnaise recipe.

Ingredients

Oil 1 cup
Chilled milk half cup
Salt to taste
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Ground mustard and pepper
Chilli flakes
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp

Method
Add everything and blend it in medium speed for two minutes and then in high speed for three to four minutes or till the mixture becomes thick and fluffy.
