Toast in the new Game of Thrones season

Welcome the new season of the hit TV series Game of Thrones with custom-made wines. Recently released, the trio of Game of Thrones wines consist of a red blend, a top-shelf cabernet sauvignon and a chardonnay — straight from HBO and Vintage Wine Estates. The wines can be found in H-E-B stores in San Antonio and several other liquor shops across the USA.

The wines were made by the award-winning winemaker Bob Cabral, who carefully selected the vineyard lots and even the best oak barrels to mature them in. “I’m a huge Game of Thrones fan, and these wines capture the complexity of the drama,” Cabral said in a statement. “But the wines also have great pedigree. We source grapes from premier vineyard sites and use the finest winemaking techniques to create wines of incredible richness and texture,” he added.

The bottles are also specially-crafted with the gold labels emblazoned with the sigils of the houses of the Seven Kingdoms. A Total Wine salesperson claimed that the cheaper versions of the wines have been selling like hotcakes and hence, will probably only be available for a limited amount of time.
