Rajat Rawail has been evicted from the Bigg Boss house, but not without his share of drama. The actor-producer, who entered the house with a lot of enthusiasm, would often burst into tears saying he isn’t able to cope due to his health problems. When asked about his short stint on the show, Rajat explained, “It feels so different to be out and see some new faces. I feel I overrated myself by taking up the show, even though I was suffering from mental and physical problems. I was entertaining in the first week, but in the second, I was suffering from low blood pressure and depression, which is why I would get emotional. Armaan Kohli and Anitaji were very supportive during this phase. The first thing I did after leaving the house was meet my 8-year-old daughter Gehna and I felt 50 per cent better. Then I tucked into good food and felt 75 per cent better!” However, not everyone was convinced of Rajat’s illness. Rajat’s housemate Andy, for instance, often suspected that he was faking it for sympathy. Rajat says, “Andy is a real idiot. He’s a typical VJ who is firing for TRPs. He is over-educated about TV but this knowledge does not work in Bigg Boss. Gauhar is another idiot who thinks she is over-smart but will be shown her place by contestants like Kamya Punjabi.” Ask him what he missed most in the house and he replies, “Chinese food and my family! I was the only person who asked to meet my daughter in the wishing wall, besides asking for coffee.” Rajat may have not lasted in the game too long, but ask him who he feels will make it to the finale, and he says, “I feel it will be Tanisha Mukherjee, Armaan Kohli, Sangram Singh and the joker of the pack, Andy.” Rajat says he wouldn’t mind coming back as a wild card entry but also adds, “First I want to treat my mind and body and spend time with my family. I plan to join a gym and consult a good psychiatrist. I do not want to get into another such situation again. I am sure I will be entertaining if I come back after getting treatment.”
