With same-sex marriages being legalised in all 50 states of the US, it is celebration time for gay couples in the country.
With same-sex marriages being legalised in all 50 states of the US, it is celebration time for gay couples in the country. By acknowledging marriage equality, the court ruling has also given children of gay couples legal protection and equal rights. Such a step is seemingly unimaginable in India which has not even provided legal recognition to the LGBTQ community. I hope this move boosts the movement for LGBTQ rights in India.
