Let Centre step in

Far from having a cordial dialogue to sort out the issue or even honouring the verdict of the Supreme Court, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka are at loggerheads with each other with violence and mayhem at its worst. The confrontation over the Cauvery issue is not only ugly but it exposes the fragility of so-called united India. It is high time we engage in a bit of serious introspection. If we cannot succeed in arriving at a solution in a bilateral dialogue, then the Centre can be brought into the decision-making process.
