Kiwis take flight

The Indian team lacked the much-needed killer instinct and finishers Virat Kohli and M.S. Dhoni failed to enthuse the team. To add to that Indian openers fell pray to pace bowling and made the task tough. Mitchell Santner and Anton Devcich bowled well within their limitations. The Kiwis got the measure of the Indian side and after 13 years achieved a one-day win against India. Thanks to captain Kane Williamson, who ultimately became the man of the match for his heroics with the bat in a key encounter.
