Kejri’s ad blitz

Last week the Arvind Kejriwal-led Delhi government issued advertisements running into more than two pages in many newspapers, including those published from Pune. They eulogised the tough decisions of the government. The Delhi government is an enlarged municipal corporation, why should its achievements be shared with people at faraway places through expensive ads One major reason could be that Mr Kejriwal sees a national role for himself and he often uses the Delhi model in the hope that it will work for him the way the Gujarat model did for Narendra Modi. But Delhi is not Gujarat.
