Two San Diego cops shot, conditions unknown: police

Police were searching for a suspect or suspects in Southcrest, a southeastern neighbourhood of San Diego.

San Diego: Two San Diego police officers were shot on Thursday and the suspect or suspects were at large, the department said on social media.

The condition of the officers was unknown, the Police Department in San Diego, which is in the state of California, said on Twitter.

Police were searching for a suspect or suspects in Southcrest, a southeastern neighbourhood of San Diego, where they told residents to shelter in place, according to the department’s Twitter handle.
