Israel: Iran behind attacks

JERUSALEM

Israel accused arch enemies Iran and its Lebanese ally Hezbollah of being behind twin bomb attacks in India and Georgia. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said: “Iran and its proxy Hezbollah are behind each of these attacks. We will continue to take strong andsystematic, yet patient, action against the international terrorism that originates in Iran.”
Tehran denied involvement in the strike. Hezbollah, the powerful Shia Muslim movement in neighbouring Lebanon, declined comment.
