Baba Ramdev responds to FSSAI, says Patanjali hasn't violated any law

FSSAI had earlier objected to Patanjali releasing its noodles in the market

: Yoga guru Baba Ramdev on Saturday said the Patanjali Ayurved has not violated any law of the FSSAI and his organisation will respond legally to the notice once they receive it.

"Patanjali Ayurved has not violated any law of the FSSAI. Patanjali has so far followed all the guidelines of the FSSAI and we will follow the guidelines which will be made in the future," assured Ramdev.

"The companies which are making noodles have the license. Pasta, noodles, vermicelli fall in the same category following the guideline of the FSSAI. We will send the report in five days," he said.

The FSSAI had earlier objected to Patanjali releasing its noodles saying that the later did not have necessary licenses to sell such products in the market.
