‘Feel proud’: Lucknow police constable’s son appointed as his boss
Constable Janardan Singh's son Anoop Kumar Singh has been appointed as SP (North) in Lucknow, a city where he himself is posted.
Lucknow: In a moment of pride and honour for police constable Janardan Singh, his son Anoop Kumar Singh has been appointed as the Superintendent of Police (North) in Lucknow, a city where he himself is posted. He will now work under his son.
Anoop has taken charge of the city where his father is posted at the Vibhuti Khand police station.
“Everyone has a personal and professional life. We will work as expected of our posts,” said Anoop.
His father, Janardan Singh said, “I feel proud to have my son as my senior. It’s an honour for me. It feels good to work under him.”
