Dogs eat parts of body in UP hospital
The entire face was eaten by the canines. The authorities failed to explain as to how the dogs entered as the gates were locked.
Lucknow: A pack of stray dogs mutilated a dead body kept in Ram Manohar Lohia hospital’s mortuary in Lucknow on Sunday.
According to Dr D S Negi, director, Ram Manohar Lohia hospital, the services of security supervisor, ward boy and guard has been terminated.
Principal secretary health, Prashant Trivedi, stated that an inquiry has been ordered and an FIR was lodged by the Lucknow police. The deceased, Pushpa died after consuming sulphas and the post mortem was scheduled on Sunday.
