Patna: Mob beats driver to death after car mows down 3 children

The driver, a resident of Nawada,was travelling to Fatuha to appear in his graduation examinations.

Patna: An infuriated mob allegedly beaten a driver to death after the car driven by him ran over three children who were sleeping on footpath in Patna in the wee hours of Thursday. Another man travelling along with him was beten up as well by the slum dwellers. A fourth child injured in the accident was admitted to hospital.

The driver was identified as Saurav Ganguli who is a resident of Nawada. Ganguli was travelling to Fatuha to appear in his graduation examinations. The co-passenger under treatment is Manish Kumar.
