Taylor Swift’s music video director spoke out about Taylor’s controversy with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. Joseph Kahn, who has directed Wildest Dreams and Bad Blood, took to his Twitter on Monday to speak out about the situation and show his support for Taylor.

“Kanye didn’t say the line ‘I made that bitch famous’ on the call. It’s like saying ‘I want to love you’ without ‘in the a*s’,” Joseph wrote. He then compared the situation to the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson, who was a close friend of the Kardashian family but Robert Kardashian took the side of O.J. Simpson during her murder trial, it was reported on JustJared.com.

Meanwhile, Taylor Swift’s friend Abigail Anderson also showed support for the singer. “I pray God helps your daughter (Kanye and Kim’s daughter) understand, that despite how many times she’ll hear her daddy reference all women as ‘bitches’, she isn’t one. Lastly, I pray for forgiveness. May God forgive you and your wife for doing to others the very things you pray are never done to your daughter,” she said.

However, she later deleted her Tweets.
