Julianne Hough thinks the secret to a great relationship is keeping important things “private.” The Footloose star, who has been dating Ryan Seacrest since 2010, believes part of the reason the couple have managed to maintain such a solid connection is because they keep “important things,” such as whether they are ever going to tie the knot one day, between themselves.
She said, “He’s cool. The great thing about being in a relationship with Ryan is that we can still keep important things private, like whether we are ever going to get married or have kids one day. That’s the beauty of it.”
The 23-year-old star still manages to make time to see the American Idol host, who has been linked with the vacant US X Factor presenting role following Steve Jones’ axing earlier this week, but Julianne isn’t expecting Ryan to add to his busy schedule, which includes presenting his own radio show and running a production company, by swapping talent shows. She added, “I think he’s just trying to get from one job to the next, but I don’t know if Ryan could ever see himself not doing Idol.”
