Rajinikanth’s 2.0 teaser, Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2 update, courtesy director Shankar

Mumbai: Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer ‘2.0’s release comes closer, but so much so, the makers haven’t even released a teaser of the film and the fans are dying of excitement to see Rajini as a Robot again and Akki as the villain in it.

The still which came out appeared promising, and the music of the film also was launched in Dubai, but then there wasn’t much development on the movie. Now director S. Shankar has cleared all air as he wrote on twitter, “Hi Everyone,

Happy Republic Day. The teaser work of 2.0 is going in full swing at Mobscene, LA. It involves lot of CG, so once it is done the teaser will be released. #2Point0 #teaser” Here’s his post:

‘2.0’ also stars Amy Jackson and A.R. Rahman is giving music for the film. It also has Sudhanshu Pandey in a pivotal role.

Shankar also happens to be the director of Kamal Haasan’s movie ‘Indian 2’. He also updated about that film with a video of a hot air balloon written with ‘Indian 2 in Taiwan’. Here’s his post:

‘Indian 2’ is under pre-production at the moment and the movie is expected to take off soon. Interestingly, Rajini and Kamal have both joined politics, in different parties.
