Akshay Kumar loves the game

Akshay Kumar reached the Yash Raj Films studio on Monday morning on his motorbike, avoiding the heavy traffic. Unlike his normal schedules, the actor did not have an early morning call time, and came in after 10 am to the Andheri-based studio from his home at Juhu, a couple of kilometres away.

“Akshay’s wife’s grandmother Betty Kapadia passed away and the family has been in mourning. Despite that, and an injury that he was carrying for the past few days, Akshay has been working round the clock. In fact, he will be shooting his third film within a week’s time. Last week he was shooting for a song for Good Newwz, then he wrapped the shoot for Sooryavanshi, and now he has plunged into the shoot of his new film Prithviraj,” says a source.

The actor is now expected to shoot for the film at Yash Raj till December 7, after which the shoot will move to another location till December 15. He is then expected to take a break to promote Good Newwz, which releases on December 27.

Akshay is paired opposite former Miss World Manushi Chhillar in Prithviraj, directed by Dr Chandraprakash Dwivedi.
