Ranbir Kapoor bowls co-stars over

Sanjay Dutt’s biopic has been receving rave reviews — at least from the film’s team. The actors and the crew connected to the biopic film, tentatively titled Dutt, recently saw the rushes and were floored by Ranbir Kapoor’s performance.

“The film is said to be a game changer for Ranbir. Rajkumar Hirani is one of the finest filmmakers we have and he along with Vidhu Vinod Chopra have made history with their films earlier. This one is no less,” says our source.

The actors also have been privy to the films scenes and one of them told us that it is perhaps Ranbir’s best performance yet. “Ranbir has worked hard to maintain a certain degree of perfection. He will clearly be judged on several levels on his looks, and performance as well. It is certainly Ranbir’s best effort yet on the big screen,” says the actor.
