A few unique, delicious and easy-to-make snacks which you can make for your guests in a jiffy

Parmesan garlic bread bites Ingredients

1 pizza base 2 tbsp butter 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 cups parmesan cheese, grated cup parsley

Method Preheat oven to 425 F. Cut pizza base into about 2 inch pieces. Melt butter in a medium pan. Roll each piece of pizza base in the melted butter and arrange in the pan. Arrange all the pieces on a baking tray. In a bowl mix garlic, cheese, and parsley. Sprinkle the mixture on top of pizza dough bites and bake in the oven for 12 - 15 minutes, until the cheese begins to melt. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Caramelised onion and thyme bread Ingredients 1 pizza base or Lebanese flat bread 2 onions, thinly sliced 3 tbsp olive oil Fresh or dried thyme (or any herb of choice — unseasoned ) Salt to taste Pepper

Method Preheat oven to 425 F. Coat pizza base or Lebanese bread with olive oil. Drizzle olive oil into a large pan over medium heat. Add onion slices and allow to cook for 10 minutes, until caramelized and tender. Watch onions closely so they are not overcooked. Arrange onions onto pizza base and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately top with thyme leaves . Sprinkle with salt and pepper, slice, and serve warm.
