Here are some exciting recipes to try this monsoon season

Chicken Katsu Ingredients

Chicken thigh-180 gm Japanese bread crumbs- 20 gm Salt & black pepper -0.01 gm each Flour-5gm Egg-1 Oil-500 ml Mayonnaise - 30gm Sugar-10gm Tomato ketchup-10gm

Method Take a clean chopping board and place a chicken thigh on it. Add some salt and pepper. Then put the chicken into flour. After place the thigh on the egg batter and bread crumbs. Then fry it till you get a golden brown colour. Now remove chicken from deep fried oil and place it on the plate. Then cut it into 2 or 4 pieces and serve with mayo and tomato ketchup.

Rice cracker with avocado & mango salsa Ingredients Rice cracker (Ready made one)-8 pcs Oil- 500ml Mango - 1pc Avocado- 1 pc Red onion - 1 pc Cucumber (English)- 1 pc Salt- 1 gm Soya- 3 ml Sugar- 5 gm

Method Take a clean empty bowl, put some mango, avocado, onion, cucumber fine chopped. Then add some salt, soya, sugar and mix well. Heat the oil at 250’C. Put the rice cracker in it and fry it for about 15 seconds. Then take this and put on the plate. On the plate keep a clean white paper towel to absorb the oil from cracker.
