ready cannelloni, 2 tubes fresh ricotta, 2/3 cups parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp mozzarella 2/3 cup tomato sauce already seasoned and cooked 1 cups béchamel, 1 cups chopped bell pepper 1/2 chopped parsley, a tsp nutmeg powder
Procedure In a large container, mix the ricotta, soft and Parmesan cheese, bell pepper, salt and pepper to taste. Add diced mozzarella and form a uniform, homogeneous compound. Start to fill each cannelloni. Arrange the stuffed cannelloni inside a baking pan, sprinkle the tomato sauce, arrange the cannelloni in rows. Put a drizzling of the béchamel sauce and sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan. Bake at 200° for 30 minutes. It’s ready!
