Political climate is in favour of the BJP as “niyat and niti (intention and policies)” of our leadership is committed towards the public welfare, said Union health minister J.P. Nadda while addressing the Delhi BJP executive committee meeting on Friday.

Mr Nadda said the BJP is lucky to have a clear and confident national leadership and devoted workers at grassroots. “Today the world looks towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with the US or Russian president as a guiding statesman. The Prime Minister has an unflinching commitment towards social programmes of yoga, Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao and Swachchh Bharat,” added Mr Nadda.

He told party workers that the Union government is continuously working for consistent development of both rural and urban India. “Infrastructure for roads and Internet are being laid so as to take fruits of development to all. While GST will better trading atmosphere, industrial growth is seeing new heights, thanks to Make in India,” said the Union health minister.

Attacking Kejriwal government, Mr Nadda expressed regrets that several advisories failed to wake up Delhi’s Kejriwal government on dengue and chikungunya outbreak. “Central government hospital like AIIMS, RML and Safdarjung are constantly serving people of Delhi,” he added.
