Such informal talks, a repeat of the dialogue at Ufa, Russia, will not lead to any breakthrough on the outstanding issues of Jammu and Kashmir and firing across LoC. Mr Modi must take resumption of talks with Pakistan seriously, instead of going for such frivolous photo-ops abroad.
