Pawar denies meeting Modi

While NCP chief Sharad Pawar described reports of his meeting with BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi “on January 17” as “mischievous, baseless and false”, party spokesman D.P. Tripathi went on to praise Mr Modi and his experience as an administrator. “There is no doubt that the administrative experience of Narendra Modi is more than Rahul Gandhi because he is a three-time CM,” he said.
