Varun and John turn traffic cops

It’s the season for novel ideas for movie productions, and Varun Dhawan is not one to shy away from a challenge. In fact, his enthusiasm during movie promotions is said to be so contagious, that his co-stars gets swept along with his madness and step out of their comfort zones for the same. The boisterous Varun, during the promotions of Badlapur, even made Nawazuddin Siddiqui dance! No one expected Nawaz to shake a leg, but Varun can make things like these happen.

The actor is now gearing up for the release of his next movie Dishoom and he has a plan up his sleeve for the movie’s promotions too. Varun and his co-star John Abraham are flying to Indore today for a surprise promotion activity. At one of Indore’s busiest traffic junctions, Varun and John plan to quietly step out of the car and man the traffic there. They plan to be traffic cops for a day at a busy junction.

While still in Indore, the duo also plans to meet Kunwar Ranjeet Singh, one of Indore’s most loved cops. Reason Kunwar is known for his slick and entertaining dance moves he performs while ensuring smooth flowing traffic. Kunwar even appeared on a reality show to flaunt his dance moves. Says a source, “Varun and John are going to be at the same junction where Kunwar takes control of the traffic. They will meet him and try to do some of the things that he does in real life.”

A team from Eros flew into Indore in advance to plan the entire activity and have already ensured necessary permissions for the same are in place.
