Salman is superstitious!

Actors and their superstitions have always made for interesting stories. From canning a shot next to a particular tree, to choosing the lettering of a film’s title to even selecting the costumes of their crewmembers — their beliefs and theories have always been baffling.
However, the last person one would imagine on this list of eccentrics would be the carefree Salman Khan. But not anymore, as this piece of gossip reveals.
It seems that Salman is treading extra-cautiously for the sequel of Dabangg and has supposedly done away with the look-testing procedure altogether, as far as his character Chulbul Pandey is concerned. He has announced that he will sport the exact same look in the sequel as well. “We have been told that it is purely because of superstitious reasons that Salman has decided against changing his look or mannerisms in the film,” says our source. Looking at his recent box-office performances, one can say for sure that Salman’s instincts have worked in his favour.
Dabangg 2 is going on the floors in July and the team is currently having many meetings to finalise pre-production details. “Both Salman and producer-director Arbaaz Khan have rejected a lot of ideas bounced off by the team. They want to be extra-careful with this one,” the source continues. Looks like Salman won’t let anything spoil his Midas touch at the box-office.
