Paris: Actor Ranveer Singh says that he is fascinated by the fairer sex and finds women far superior than men.

"Women are all heart. They are sensitive and far superior than men. I am a lover of women. I am truly fascinated and infatuated by the fairer sex. I have had Indian and French girlfriends and I have had some great memories with them," the actor said at the trailer launch of his upcoming film 'Befikre'.

Ranveer unveiled the trailer at the Eiffel Tower. Sharing his memories of his previous Paris visit, the 31-year-old star revealed that he once holidayed in the city of romance with his Parisian girlfriend.

"I had come to Paris with a girlfriend of mine. I have also had a Parisian girlfriend. She was a beautiful Moroccan girl. I have tremendous amount of memorable experiences with the people I met here."

He is known for his high energy levels, and actor Ranveer Singh says it is the fact that he is upbeat about life which reflects in his behaviour.

"I believe in the philosophy of 'kal kisne dekha'. Today we are here, tomorrow nobody knows what is going to happen. I live each day as my last and I have a tremendous zeal for life. I almost have a lust and love for life. I go by each thing like it's the first time I am doing it and may be the last time I am doing it.

"If I do a film, I do it like it's my first and last. If I meet someone I meet as if I am not going to meet that person again. I throw myself entirely in whatever I am doing." Ranveer said.

'Befikre', directed by Aditya Chopra, has been majorly shot in the French city and Ranveer said he wishes to come to the country to be a part of Cannes Film Festival.

"At the age of 18, I discovered French cinema and some of the best films I have seen are from France. Hopefully someday I will come here and attend the Cannes Film Festival. That would be wonderful experience. I hope I would get an opportunity to work here."

'Befikre' is Aditya's first film after a gap of eight years. His last directorial venture was 'Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi'. The movie is a new age romance capturing the Parisian spirit of love. It also stars Vaani Kapoor.

Ranveer was also all praise for his co-star's dedication towards her work. "I love the fact the Vaani has immense amount of passion for craft and I truly appreciate the degree and amount of hunger she has to entertain, to be a part of films and make a mark. She is extremely committed and dedicated. In many ways and at many levels she inspires me. I feed a lot from her energy," he said.

Produced by Yash Raj Films, 'Befikre' will arrive in Indian theatres on December 9.
