After two successive jolts in Hero and Katti Batti, Nikhil Advani, who is now working on his television debut, is giving it his all. And evidently, the filmmaker is expecting the same from his stars as well. The TV series titled Prisoners of War, which stars Purab Kohli, is being shot extensively with both day and night-long schedules and has kept Purab completely occupied. However, this has put the actor in a bind, as he is also yet to start on his next project, Sunil Sippy’s Noor with Sonakshi Sinha. An industry insider reveals, “Director Nikhil Advani has given only two weeks to Purab Kohli to shoot Noor with Sonakshi Sinha as the actor had signed his TV series first and his dates are bound to Nikhil. Purab has to work two shifts a day in order to accommodate time for both the projects. He had to take special permission from Nikhil Advani to accommodate the dates needed for this movie and he is shooting three days in July and later for 10 days in the month of August.”

When quizzed about the same, Purab said, “When you are involved with a television show, your dates get really flooded. My managers are spending a lot of time discussing dates with the schedulers of the different projects I am involved with.”

We tried contacting Nikhil Advani too, but he remained unavailable for comment.
