Lenovo has launched two new smartphones — Lenovo K9 and Lenovo A5 in India. To begin with, the Lenovo K9 embraces a 5.7-inch 2.5D HD+ display with an18:9 aspect ratio. It runs on Android Oreo and is powered by an octa-core 2.0GHz MediaTek MT6762 chipset. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 128GB storage. There are a 13MP+5MP dual rear camera setup and a 13MP+5MP dual front camera setup for shooting selfies. The K9 is backed by a 3000mAh battery. It has LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB Type-C, 3.5mm audio jack, among others.

As for the Lenovo A5, it runs on ZUI 3.9 based on Android 8.1 Oreo and flaunts a 5.45-inch HD+ 18:9 IPS display. Under the hood, the handset is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6739 SoC clocked at up to 1.5GHz. It offers up to 3GB of RAM and up to 32GB of onboard storage, which is expandable up to 256GB. Optics wise, the device packs a 13MP f/2.2 camera with autofocus and a monochrome flash. Upfront, there is an 8MP f/2.2 selfie shooter. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, micro-USB port, and a 3.5mm jack. The smartphone also features a fingerprint sensor. It is powered by a 4000mAh battery.

Lastly, the Lenovo K9 retails at Rs 8,999 for the 3GB variant, and the Lenovo A5 costs Rs 5,999 for the 2GB variant and Rs 6,999 for the 3GB variant. Both the smartphones will be exclusively available via Flipkart.
