New Delhi: Infuriated by the alleged anti-national comments made by former Jammu & Kashmir CM Mehbooba Mufti before media as a mean to defame India, the Delhi BJP spokesperson Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga on Wednesday filed a police complaint at Delhi’s Parliament Street police station.

Mr Bagga, in his written complaint filled by his lawyer to police, said: “That despite being the ex-chief minister of the state of J&K, which is an integral part of India, Ms Mehbooba, is known for her separatist comments with respect to the state of J&K. In furtherance to her separatist mindset, she reportedly made the following comments on February 25 before Indian media —”Don’t play with fire; don’t fiddle with Article 35-A, else you will see what you haven’t seen since 1947, if it’s attacked then I don’t know which flag people of J&K will be forced to pick up instead of Tricolour.”

Mr Bagga requested Delhi police to immediately lodge an FIR against Ms Mehbooba Mufti.
