Victoria's Secret model Adriana Lima has revealed how she stay in fit on days she doesn't have time for a good workout.

Sure she has access to the best personal trainers and gets great nutrition advice, but life can get in the way for busy mother of two too.

On days she can't hit the gym or get a quick workout, the 36-year-old reveals she'll do a simple exercise - a jump rope, the Daily Mail reported.

Lima revealed this comes in handy especially when she's travelling for a shoot.

"I have a gym at my hotel, I'll wake up and do a quick workout, or I'll run outside as a way to see the place that I’m visiting," Lima is quoted as saying by the Daily Mail.

Adding, "Another good trick of mine is packing a jump rope and doing ten minutes in my room first thing in the morning to get my heart rate up."

While she says she eats a well balanced diet, she loves fresh fruit, vegetables and smoothies and takes a daily vitamin. To get rid of all the toxins in her body she drinks lots of herbal teas.
