Come summer, the harsh sun rays, heat and dust with increased pollution, maintaining healthy skin can be a struggle. Exposed to heat and pollution have increased free radical damage. Top it with increased air conditioner usage, it strips the skin of nutrients. Oils for the summer might sound ironical but that is a step that will help you glide through summer with ease and keep you glowing all season long. As soon as temperatures start to touch the 40s, most of us start looking for gel-based or products. But we are here to tell you otherwise.

Tips for Using Face Oils during  Summer
1] Wash your facial skin using a deeply hydrating nourishing cleansing oil, one that doesn’t strip your skin yet gently removes your makeup and washes it off thoroughly.
2] Then take two to four drops of a rose and geranium oil into the palm of your hands and rub it together, then press your hands on your face, gently massaging the oil in upward and outward strokes on your face and give yourself a little bit extra loving care.

Tips for using body oils for summer
1] After you step out of the shower, apply a deeply penetrating, nourishing body oil, such as jasmine or geranium oil to your damp skin. The water and oil will emulsify together and will create a lightweight barrier to hold moisture into the skin.
2]  Finally, add a few drops of the body oil to areas that you’d like to highlight, such as Sandalwood or avocado as it creates the perfect, sexy sheen on the skin.
