It’s going to be a busy year ahead for Alia Bhatt as she has not one but three releases in 2019. Starting with Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy, followed by Karan Johar’s Kalank and then Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra, the powerhouse of energy has a lot to look for in the coming year.

“Well, Gully Boy is coming on February 14 and it has been selected to premiere at the Berlin Film Festival. Then I have Kalank releasing on April 18 and that is a really big film in Christmas — Brahmastra. Yay! I have a really important year,” smiles Alia.

Quiz her about her father Mahesh Bhatt agreeing to her relationship with Ranbir Kapoor, the actress blushes and then refuses to talk about it. “Why do you want to know about the future? Let’s stay in the present,” she gushes, adding, “To be honest, I don’t want to talk about it. But I love my father a lot and anything he says means the world to me. You are all making me very shy.” Meanwhile, the paparazzi had recently spotted Alia is a ‘foul’ or ‘angry’ mood on the sets of Brahmastra. “That’s my resting face. I am a very happy person. I am called nani on the sets. I am always frowning, but I wasn’t upset at all,” says Alia. With three releases in 2019, is the student of the year taking up on any resolution? “I am doing meditation and I want to continue doing that in the New Year,” she shares.
