Actor-producer-director Sunny Deol’s career has been on a disastrous downhill slide, after his films Yamla Pagla Deewana 3 and Poster Boys bombed at the box office.

The actor now has two back-to-back films coming up with Mohalla Assi and Bhaiaji Superhit that could change his fortunes. Surprisingly, Deol has refrained from promoting both films. “Sunny has not been part of the promotional activities of both the films. He has been busy with his son’s launch pad and has not given dates for any kind of promotional activities,” reveals a source.

If sources are to be believed, Sunny was also annoyed by the delays in the release dates of both the films. And he chose to stay away from the promotions.

In Bhaiaji Superhit, Sunny will be seen playing a double role and sharing screen space with Preity Zinta, Ameesha Patel and Arshad Warsi.

Mohalla Assi, on the other hand, is the story of a priest (Deol) residing in Varanasi. The film also features Sakshi Tanwar.
